Consultation. We are experts in planning printing and mailing projects for optimum efficiency and cost savings. We often suggest strategies for production of multiple items at the same time, or even on the same press sheet. Our recommendations result in savings of paper, ink and ink mixing time, equipment setup time and mailing/shipping costs. We know the most efficient color combinations, finished sizes and quantities for printed pieces, and always keep our clients’ quality and budget considerations in mind.
Typesetting and Layout. Our expert typesetters can build new print layouts or modify your existing files quickly and tastefully. Because mailing is one of our specialties, we make sure any mail panels are the right size, shape and orientation for maximum postage savings.
Digital Prepress. We always maintain the latest versions of Adobe, Quark and other prepress software, to assure compatibility with our clients’ files. Filmless Digital Prepress assures quick turnaround of proofs and allows last minute changes with minimal costs. Also, we have the software and the know-how to modify PDF files.
Offset Printing. Whether it’s full-color, spot color or black ink, you can be sure that our print quality is the best in the business. Our recently-purchased 29” 4-color Heidelberg press represents our latest commitment to top quality offset printing, and is one of a long line of presses we have acquired over the years to keep our quality high and our turnaround time short.
Digital Printing. When quantities or budgets don’t allow for offset printing, we satisfy our customers’ needs with the latest digital printing and copying. Thus, we offer clients a full spectrum of printing solutions.
Bindery Services. Cutting, folding, booklet making, perforating and myriad other after-press services are all skillfully handled within our own facility.
Mailing Services. We keep up with all the latest Postal Service regulations and we process, sort and imprint mailings in-house. From tabbing and inserting to bar coding and delivering to the Post Office, Graphic Press does it all.
Storage and Fulfillment. We have air conditioned and non-conditioned indoor storage space available to store and inventory the work we produce, so our clients can take advantage of quantity print discounts without having to tie up their own storage space. We deliver locally at no charge, and ship daily via truck lines and common carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
